  • 250 g - curd
  • 1 - beetroot
  • 20 g - sweet corn
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves

How to Make Corn Beetroot Raita

  • Cut the beetroot into small pieces.
  • Boil sweet corn.
  • Take a bowl, add curd, chopped beetroot, corn, salt, chaat masala and mix well
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
