  • 300 gm - Corn kernels
  • 100 gm - diced bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • 50 ml - salad oil
  • 20 ml - Sugar syrup
  • 20 ml - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder

How to Make Corn capsicum salad

  • Boil corn and keep in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Take salad oil in a bowl. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well.
  • Add chilled corn, bell peppers and chopped parsley, toss.
  • Garnish with remaining parsley and serve chilled.
