How to Make Corn Curry in Coconut milk

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Fry the onions, garlic, and tomato paste.
  • Stir well and fry for a while.
  • Then, add the cooked corn and the dry masalas (all the powders), and salt.
  • Add one cup of water and allow to boil.
  • Finally, add the coconut milk, stir well and serve hot.
