  • 1 - pizza base
  • 1/2 - finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 - small corn, boiled and cut off the cob
  • 5 - 6 - thinly sliced garlic, roasted
  • 1 - medium size onion, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 - small cube cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • pepper

How to Make Corn Garlic Pizza

  • Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius.
  • Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base, and add the sliced onions.
  • Next add the capsicum.
  • Add the roasted corn and garlic mixed with a tsp of pepper powder.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake the pizza for 10 mins or till the cheese slightly melts.
  • Sprinkle pepper on top and serve hot.
