Ingredients

  • 300 g - Corn kernels
  • 8 - Curry leaves
  • 4 - Green chilli chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice.
  • How to Make Corn Kernels with chillies:

    1. Cook the corn till soft with little water.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the green chillies and curry leaves for 2 or 3 minutes.
    3. Add the cooked corn and lime juice and mix well.
    4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
