How to Make Corn Kofta Curry

  • For the kofta:
  • Crush the corn in a mixer.
  • Mix corn, chopped capsicum, cabbage, ground peanuts, salt and corn flour together.
  • Make balls and deep fry.
  • For the gravy:
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry chopped onion.
  • When the onions are done, add the tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste, salt, spices and cook.
  • Add 1 cup of water and simmer.
  • Switch off the gas, add cream and coriander leaves.
  • Place the kofta and pour gravy over it before serving.
