How to Make Corn Malai

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute for a while. Add fresh methi, cook for a good 5 minutes till you get the Methi aroma.
  • Add garlic followed by red chilli powder.
  • Add 1 cup of water and cook.
  • Add corn and cook till it thickens.
  • Finally, add fresh cream and cook on a low flame.
  • Add salt to taste and garam masala.
  • Serve with hot chapattis.
