  • 250g mushrooms, halved
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 capsicum, chopped finely
  • 100g baby corn, halved
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Corn Masala Mushroom:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
    2. Add ginger-garlic paste, simmer for 2 mins and add green chillies and red chilli powder and stir.
    3. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
    4. Then add salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, mushrooms, corn and capsicum.
    5. Stir for 5 minutes till tender.
    6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
