Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Corn cooked
  • 500 g - minced Beef
  • 2 - Potatoes sliced
  • 1 - Onion large sliced
  • 4 to 5 - Tomatoes
  • 1/2 pod Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Curry leaves
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • salt pepper
  • How to Make Corn meat vegetable bake:

    1. Blanch and puree tomatoes.
    2. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Brown chopped garlic.
    3. Add red chilli powder and curry leaves.
    4. Add meat, salt and pepper and cook gently.
    5. Heat remaining oil.
    6. Brown sliced potatoes, stirring frequently.
    7. Add sliced onions and saute.
    8. Add salt and remove.
    9. In a baking dish, arrange layers of potato mixture, meat tomatoes and corn with top layer of potatoes.
    10. Cover and bake at 375 degrees centigrade for 1 hour.
    11. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
