Ingredients

  • 2 cups - corn cooked
  • 500 g - minced beef
  • 2 - potatoes sliced
  • 1 - onion large sliced
  • 4 to 5 - tomatoes
  • 1/2 pod garlic
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • curry leaves
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • salt pepper

How to Make Corn meat vegetable bake

  • Blanch and puree tomatoes.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil. Brown chopped garlic.
  • Add red chilli powder and curry leaves.
  • Add meat, salt and pepper and cook gently.
  • Heat remaining oil.
  • Brown sliced potatoes, stirring frequently.
  • Add sliced onions and saute.
  • Add salt and remove.
  • In a baking dish, arrange layers of potato mixture, meat tomatoes and corn with top layer of potatoes.
  • Cover and bake at 375 degrees centigrade for 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
