  • 1 bunch Spinach chopped
  • 1.5 cups Corn kernels (frozen or you can boil fresh corn kernels till it becomes tender)
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes finely chopped
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream

How to Make Corn Palak

  • Take a kadai or wok and add butter.
  • Once it heats, add chopped onions and garlic.
  • Fry them till it becomes golden brown and add in the chopped tomatoes.
  • Cook till the tomatoes leave their juice.
  • Add the chopped spinach to it and cook on medium flame till done (do not add water)
  • Add the masalas to it.
  • Add the sour cream just before serving.
  • Serve hot with paranthas.
