Ingredients

  • 3 Corn cobs
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 green chillies, minced
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Corn pancakes:

    1. Remove corn kernels and cook till soft. Mash well.
    2. Make a batter with the flour, egg, and water.
    3. Add corn, chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
    4. Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it.
    5. Pour spoonful of batter and shallow fry pancakes on both sides till golden.
    6. Serve hot with any chutney.
