Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Fresh Corn (can also use tinned Corn)
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 1 - Medium Size Onion
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • oil for frying
  • salt for taste
  • How to Make Corn Pattice:

    1. Boil the potatoes, mash them and keep aside.
    2. Put corn in the mixie and blend slightly.
    3. Cut the onion into small pieces.
    4. Mix all the dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, mashed potatoes, chopped onions and churned corn well.
    5. Make small round balls of the mixture.
    6. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry balls till golden brown.
    7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green coriander chutney.
