How to Make Corn pulao

  • Put ghee in a casserole and melt it on high for one minute.
  • Saute the masala paste, cover and cook on high for three minutes.
  • Mix in the rice, cover and cook on high for two minutes till roasted.
  • Add hot water and salt.
  • Cover partially and cook on high for 14 minutes or until the rice is cooked, stirring every five minutes.
  • Add curd and corn. Stand for 10 minutes before serving.
