How to Make Corn Vada

  • Coarse grind the corn kernels in the mixer.
  • Chop the chillies finely.
  • Now mix the besan, coconut powder, green chillies, jeera powder and salt with the ground corn.
  • Mould the mix into desired shapes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until brown.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
