  • Plain cornflakes - 100 g
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Fresh grated coconut - 2 tsp
  • Raisin - 1 tsp
  • Cashewnut - 1 tsp
  • Warm milk - 2-3 tsp

How to Make Cornflakes Laddu

  • Grind sugar in a mixie. Then crush the cornflakes in the mixie (not too fine). Mix together.
  • Fry the cashewnuts in ghee and add to the mixture.
  • Add the coconut on top and then warm milk. Roll the mixture into laddus of medium size.
  • Garnish with raisins and serve.
