Cottage Cheese Pakoras or Paneer Pakoras are made of paneer, all purpose flour, a bit of rice flour spiced with green chillies and cilantro. This is an easy version made by mixing everything together and frying. The cottage cheese or Paneer can be made at home as well.  Paneer Pakoras make for a satisfying evening snack during the monsoon rains for many Indians. Masala Tea and Pakoras liven up the spirit of any soul during the rains, be it in the warmth of one's home or while at a roadside chai shop, drenched, waiting for the downpour to stop.
