  • 2 cups - strawberries
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice

How to Make Country fresh strawberry jam

  • Wash and pat-dry all the strawberries.
  • Cut them into halves and grind it finely.
  • Add these ground strawberries (nearly paste-consistency) in a pan.
  • Mix sugar and lemon juice into it and mix well.
  • Once it reaches a boiling point, cook it for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  • Transfer it to other bowl and cool it.
  • Preserve it in a sterilized glass jar.
