  • 1 cup - couscous (crushed wheat)
  • 2 cups - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - dates, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - sultanas
  • 1/2 cup - water or stock

How to Make Couscous salad with dates

  • Cook couscous with water or stock till done. Remove from heat.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Check seasoning and serve.
