Ingredients

  • 2 - fresh de-shelled crabs
  • For the marinade: 4 Cloves - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 - medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 2 cups - dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp - Oregano
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Basil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce

How to Make Crab-B-Que

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour over the freshly cracked crab.
  • Marinate for 4 hours or more, agitate occasionally.
  • Prepare the charcoal grill or your broiler oven.
  • Place the crab on the broiler, turning once after 12-15 minutes.
  • Add a cup of water and 1/4 cup of vinegar to the marinade that is left.
  • Use as a dip if you wish.
