  • 110 g - cheese
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • 2 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Clove - Garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g - Crab Meat cooked

How to Make Crab Cheese Dip

  • Grate cheese, add milk a little at a time and cream to get the consistency of cream cheese.
  • Add lime juice, Worcester sauce, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and finely chopped crab meat.
  • Chill and serve with wafers, salt biscuits, cream crackers or pieces of fresh bread.
