Ingredients

  • 1 kg - crab, de-shelled, cleaned (cut into 2 pieces)
  • 1 - Medium size Onion
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - whole black pepper
  • 1 tbsp - each ginger, Garlic paste
  • Small bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 1 - Lemon
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • A few Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • How to Make Crab Chilly:

    1. Clean crab.
    2. Apply turmeric powder. Keep aside for some time.
    3. Grind all the ingredients except curry leaves and lemon into a paste (not very fine).
    4. Heat oil, fry the masala until the raw smell disappears.
    5. Add curry leaves, lime juice and salt.
    6. Add crab pieces, mix well, cover and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
    7. If you want more spice, you can add a few more green chillies.
    8. Do not add water.
