How to Make Crab Chilly

  • Clean crab.
  • Apply turmeric powder. Keep aside for some time.
  • Grind all the ingredients except curry leaves and lemon into a paste (not very fine).
  • Heat oil, fry the masala until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add curry leaves, lime juice and salt.
  • Add crab pieces, mix well, cover and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • If you want more spice, you can add a few more green chillies.
  • Do not add water.
