How to Make Crab Curry with Coconut

  • Wash the crabs, remove the shells and cut them into halves.
  • In a cooking vessel, heat 3 tbsp oil, add washed curry leaves, and fry.
  • Add the ground masala and fry it well.
  • Add 3 to 4 cups of water and bring it to boil.
  • Put the crabs in the boiling water and simmer till it absorbs the gravy.
  • Add additional salt and vinegar to taste.
