Ingredients

  • 500 g - crab, shelled and cleaned
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 3 - green chillies, crushed
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Cinnamon stick and cloves, powdered
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 2 sprigs - Curry leaves
  • How to Make Crab Fry:

    1. Mix all the ingredients, except the crab.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add the crab and the masala mixture and fry on low flame until well cooked.
