Ingredients

  • 1 cup - flaked Crab Meat
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/8 tsp - Sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/8 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Celery
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp - water
  • How to Make Crab Omelette:

    1. Beat the eggs. Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and water. Whisk well.
    2. Heat oil in a pan. Add celery, green chilli and spring onion. Saute for a minute.
    3. Add the crab meat and saute for 2 minutes. Spread around the pan.
    4. Pour the egg mixture over the crab.
    5. Tilt the pan from all sides so that the omelette spreads all over the pan. Cook to light golden brown.
    6. Turn around. If the omelette is big, cut into half and turn both the pieces. Cook until done. Serve hot.
