  • 1/2 cup - fresh crabmeat
  • 1" piece ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 cup - sliced Onions
  • 1/4 cup - Cream
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crab Soup

  • Mix corn flour with 2 tbsps. water.
  • Beat eggs nicely with cream. Add cornstarch and beat nicely once again.
  • Heat 4 tbsps. of oil and fry ginger and onions till they are transparent.
  • Add crabmeat and salt and fry for 5 mins. Put in the stock and cook till the meat is done.
  • Add egg mixture gradually stirring it all the time.
  • Allow it to simmer over a very slow fire for one minute and serve hot.
