  • 1/2 cup - fresh crabmeat
  • 1" piece ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 cup - sliced Onions
  • 1/4 cup - Cream
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Crab Soup:

    1. Mix corn flour with 2 tbsps. water.
    2. Beat eggs nicely with cream. Add cornstarch and beat nicely once again.
    3. Heat 4 tbsps. of oil and fry ginger and onions till they are transparent.
    4. Add crabmeat and salt and fry for 5 mins. Put in the stock and cook till the meat is done.
    5. Add egg mixture gradually stirring it all the time.
    6. Allow it to simmer over a very slow fire for one minute and serve hot.
