Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1/4 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups - Milk
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped Onions
  • 2 tsp - Chicken base or bouillon granules
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper
  • 2 tbsp - chopped flat-leaf Parsley
  • 1/2 kg - crabmeat
  • How to Make Crab soup with parsley:

    1. Melt butter and whisk in flour.
    2. Cook for 3 minutes then stir in milk, chopped onions, chicken base, pepper, and chopped parsley.
    3. Reduce the heat and cook until thick.
    4. Stir in crabmeat; heat through and serve.
