  • 2 cups - crab meat, cooked
  • 30 to 35 - large fresh mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - minced garlic
  • 1 packet (4 oz) - cream cheese
  • 2 - green onions, finely chopped
  • seasoning

How to Make Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic.
  • Briefly fry the mushroom caps until lightly browned.
  • Remove from pan and allow to cool.
  • Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, and green onion.
  • Add seasoning. Mix well.
  • Stuff mushroom caps with a spoonful of the crab mixture each.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
