Ingredients

  • 1 - crab, boiled and minced
  • a pinch of Nutmeg
  • 1 - tiny piece of ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp - minced Onions
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • a few sprigs of Parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crabmeat Omelette

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry the onion and ginger until soft.
  • Add crab meat and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, cool and mix into the eggs along with the seasonings.
  • Heat a pan, grease it nicely and pour half the mixture in it. Spread to a thick round.
  • When the undersize is set and the top is still a little soft, fold over and serve hot, decorated with parsley.
