How to Make Cracked Wheat, Banana N Chocolate Bread
Mix active dry yeast in lukewarm water with salt and a teaspoon of sugar, keep aside for a few minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
Mix cracked wheat, whole wheat flour, mashed bananas, chopped chocolate pieces in a bowl.
Beat sugar, oil and apple sauce for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves. Mix everything into sticky dough.
Keep the dough in a warm place for two hours, covered with a damp cloth, until they double in volume.
Preheat the oven to 350F, grease a loaf mould and transfer the sticky dough to the mould, arrange the mould in the middle rack of the oven, bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust turns golden brown. Let it cool completely and serve the bread with any spread.
