Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Cracked wheat
  • 1/2 cup - shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup - sliced Carrot
  • 1/2 cup - chopped beans
  • 4 - green Onions
  • 2 flakes - crushed Garlic
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Cracked Wheat Poha:

    1. Soak the cracked wheat for 6 hours until soft and fluffy. Drain the excess water.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add all the vegetables. Saute for 3 minutes on high flame.
    3. Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Saute for a minute.
    4. Add the cracked wheat and saute for 3 minutes.
    5. Cover and cook on medium flame for about 4 minutes.
    6. Add lemon juice.
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
