How to Make Cracked Wheat Poha

  • Soak the cracked wheat for 6 hours until soft and fluffy. Drain the excess water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add all the vegetables. Saute for 3 minutes on high flame.
  • Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Saute for a minute.
  • Add the cracked wheat and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Cover and cook on medium flame for about 4 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
