  • 1 cup - cranberries
  • Red dried chillies as required
  • 1 tbsp - gram dal
  • 1 tbsp - channa dal
  • 1 tbsp - red dal
  • curry leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt as required

How to Make Cranberry chutney

  • Fry all the dals in oil separately, remove from the oil and keep aside.
  • Fry red chillies and curry leaves keep aside.
  • Add the cranberries into the same oil pan, close with lid, let it boil till it becomes little tender.
  • Grind all the ingredients in mixer into smooth paste with salt.
