Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Cranberries
  • Red dried chillies as required
  • 1 tbsp - gram dal
  • 1 tbsp - Channa dal
  • 1 tbsp - red dal
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt as required
  • How to Make Cranberry chutney:

    1. Fry all the dals in oil separately, remove from the oil and keep aside.
    2. Fry red chillies and curry leaves keep aside.
    3. Add the cranberries into the same oil pan, close with lid, let it boil till it becomes little tender.
    4. Grind all the ingredients in mixer into smooth paste with salt.
