Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 100 g - Ginger
  • 100 g - Garlic
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • 25 g - Black Peppercorns
  • 25 g - black pepper powder
  • 25 g - Jeera
  • 2 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • 200 g - Cream
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Cream Chicken With Kali Mirch:

    1. Cut the ginger, garlic and green chillies into small pieces.
    2. Heat ghee in a frying pan. Add jeera and black peppercorns.
    3. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
    4. Add the chicken and salt. Cover and cook.
    5. When the chicken is done, add black pepper powder, garam masala and cream. Serve hot.
