  • 6 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 - large potato
  • 1/2 tsp - Fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make Cream of Vegetable Soup

  • Cut the vegetables into big pieces.
  • Add 6 cups of water.boil this till tender.
  • When cooked blend the mixture and strain.
  • Boil for 15 minutes.
  • When ready add cream, milk, salt and pepper.
