Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Pasta
  • 1/2 cup - boiled peas
  • 2 cups - boiled Spinach
  • 1/4 cup - boiled Corn
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tbsp - plain flour
  • 1.5 cups - Milk
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - shredded salmon
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  • How to Make Creamed Pasta:

    1. Boil 4 cups of water. Add pasta and let it cook till al dente (approx 11 to 15 mins). Drain and keep aside
    2. Drain the spinach and grind it.
    3. In a pan heat butter, add flour and cook for a minute.
    4. Pour in milk, stirring continuously.
    5. When it boils, add the rest of the ingredients, except pasta. Cook for 2-3 mins.
    6. Pour the hot mixture over pasta.
    7. Mix pasta and creamy sauce well and serve hot.
