Ingredients

2 medium ripe avocados, seeded and peeled

80ml - cold water

25gm - fresh Coriander leaves

25 ml - fresh Cream

15 ml - fresh Lime juice

2 Cloves garlic, quartered

50 ml - Chicken stock

Chopped, Avocado for garnish

Fresh Cilantro leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Place avocados, water, 1 cup cilantro, lime juice, garlic and vegetable stock in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Garnish with chopped avocado and cilantro.
  4. Serve immediately.
