Ingredients

  • 2 lb - boneless Chicken
  • 3 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2-3 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tsp - chilly powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 3-4 Vinegar -
  • 3 tsp - red food colour
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt according to taste
  • 4 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 cup - Cream or malai
  • 1/2 cup - Cashew nut powder
  • How to Make Creamy Butter Chicken Fry:

    1. Marinate chicken with the above ingredients except the cream and cashew powder for at least for 8 hrs or preferably overnight.
    2. Put the pan on fire, add oil.
    3. When the oil reaches its smoking point then add the chicken pieces.
    4. Mix well and cover the pan with a lid.
    5. When the chicken pieces are cooked then add the cream and cashew nut powder.
    6. Fry until the mixture is completely dry.
    7. Serve hot garnishing it with cilantro .
