  • 400 gms - Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Salt to taste
  • For marinade:
  • 3 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 4-5 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/2 cup - Thick curd
  • 1/2 tsp - Haldi powder
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli paste
  • For gravy:
  • 1 cup - Tomato paste
  • 1 cup - Fresh cream
  • 1 cup - Grated cheese
  • For garnishing:
  • Coriander chopped

How to Make Creamy Chicken gravy

  • Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken pieces with this marinade.
  • Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • Heat the oil and then add the chicken together with the marinade.
  • Let the chicken cook on a low flame.
  • Cover with a lid so that the chicken is cooked in the steam.
  • When most of the marinade is absorbed, add the ingredients for the gravy and mix.
  • Allow the gravy to mix well into the chicken and stir till all the ingredients mix together.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
