Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon - vanilla ice-cream
  • fruits - bananas, seedless sweet grapes
  • 2 cans - mandarin oranges
  • 1 can - chikoo
  • 1 can - Alphonso mango slices
  • a pinch of saffron
  • chopped walnuts, almonds and cashews for garnishing

How to Make Creamy Fruit Salad

  • Leave the vanilla ice-cream out for a while. When it's a little soft, beat the ice-cream with a spoon or a fork.
  • Drain syrup from orange, chikoo and mango cans.
  • Cut small pieces of chikoo and bananas.
  • Cut the grapes and mango slices into halves.
  • Add all the fruits to the ice-cream mixture along with a pinch of saffron.
  • Put in a serving bowl and refrigerate.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts when serving.
