  • How to Make Creamy Pasta with Roasted Chicken:

    1. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and pepper for a few minutes.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and put the marinated chicken in it.
    3. Cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
    4. Reduce to low flame and let it cook till the chicken turns light brown in colour. Switch off heat and keep aside.
    5. For cooking pasta, take a pan of water.
    6. Put it on heat and let it boil.
    7. When it comes to a rolling boil, add the pasta and keep stirring the initial few minutes, so that they don't stick to each other.

    9. It should be 'al dente'
    10. Drain into a colander.
    11. Melt butter in a pan. Cook garlic and onions over medium heat, until onions have softened.
    12. Add flour and cook 1 to 2 mins, stirring constantly.
    13. Stir in broth, stirring frequently until sauce comes to simmer.
    14. Remove from heat.
    15. Stir in sour cream until it is well blended.
    16. Season with salt and pepper.
    17. Add the cooked pasta and the roasted chicken and mix well.
