Ingredients

  • 500 gm - Frozen Spinach cubes
  • 1 - Tomato medium sized, chopped
  • 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 - Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • 2 tsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Whipped Cream
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Creamy Quick Palak Sabzi:

    1. In a pan add oil, once hot add cumin seeds.
    2. As they splutter add onion, green chillies and fry till onion turns translucent.
    3. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry well.
    4. Once done add tomatoes and fry well.
    5. Now add red chilli powder and mix well.
    6. Now as the tomatoes turn tender, add frozen spinach cubes, salt and mix well.
    7. Now add milk and let it cook for a while.
    8. Now add garam masala and mix well.
    9. Finally on a very low flame add whipped cream and mix.
