  • 2 cups - leftover trifle or fruit pudding
  • 1 tbsp - curd
  • 2 tbsp - cream
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - biscuits, crushed coarsely

How to Make Creamy Surprise from Leftover Fruit Pudding

  • Beat together all the ingredients, except the biscuits. Beat until soft and light and smooth.
  • Save 1 tbsp of biscuit crush, add the remaining into the mixture. Fold in gently.
  • Pour into a setting dish or individual containers.
  • Sprinkle the remaining biscuit crush on top. Set till firm. Top with sliced fruit or whipped cream. Serve chilled.
