  • 2 cups - leftover trifle or fruit pudding
  • 1 tbsp - Curd
  • 2 tbsp - Cream
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - biscuits, crushed coarsely
  • How to Make Creamy Surprise from Leftover Fruit Pudding:

    1. Beat together all the ingredients, except the biscuits. Beat until soft and light and smooth.
    2. Save 1 tbsp of biscuit crush, add the remaining into the mixture. Fold in gently.
    3. Pour into a setting dish or individual containers.
    4. Sprinkle the remaining biscuit crush on top. Set till firm. Top with sliced fruit or whipped cream. Serve chilled.
