  • Cheese slice - 2
  • Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 (medium, finely chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 (large, finely chopped)
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves (crushed)
  • Green chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Sugar - 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Mexican seasoning - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 3-4 tbsp (for cooking)
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tsp

How to Make Creamy Tangy Salsa Dip with Nacho Chips

  • Put some olive oil on low heat in a saucepan.
  • Add onion and garlic and cook until the onion becomes transparent. Add in the chilli.
  • Add the tomatoes followed by cheese slices, milk, sugar and fresh cream. Mix well.
  • When the mixture starts boiling, cook over low heat until it thickens like sauce.
  • Add Mexican seasoning and mix well.
  • Add fresh coriander leaves and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the Salsa dip with Nachos.
