How to Make Creamy Tomato Cutlet

  • Peel the tomatoes with a knife. Cut the upper part of the tomatoes and make a small hole.
  • Take capsicum, onion, grated cheese, cream and salt and mix well.
  • Fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
  • Mash the potato and cover the tomatoes.
  • Take maida, corn flour and water and make a thick paste.
  • Dip the tomatoes in the paste. Roll in the breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the tomatoes in oil until golden brown.
  • Serve with tomato chilli sauce.
