Ingredients

  • 4 - medium-sized Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup - cheese
  • 1 tbsp - Cream
  • 1 - boiled Potato
  • 1/2 cup - Maida
  • 1/2 cup - Corn flour
  • 1 cup - breadcrumb
  • 1/2 l - oil for frying
  • 1 cup - water
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Creamy Tomato Cutlet:

    1. Peel the tomatoes with a knife. Cut the upper part of the tomatoes and make a small hole.
    2. Take capsicum, onion, grated cheese, cream and salt and mix well.
    3. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
    4. Mash the potato and cover the tomatoes.
    5. Take maida, corn flour and water and make a thick paste.
    6. Dip the tomatoes in the paste. Roll in the breadcrumbs.
    7. Fry the tomatoes in oil until golden brown.
    8. Serve with tomato chilli sauce.
