Ingredients

  • 2 cups - chopped Onion
  • 2 - Garlic pods
  • 1/4 cup - frozen Corn
  • 1/4 cup - chopped beans
  • 2 cups - chopped Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Carrot (optional)
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Creamy vegetable soup:

    1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Fry onions and garlic till they turn transparent.
    2. Add cabbage, beans, carrots, corn and salt. Fry for a minute.
    3. Add enough water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
    4. Using a hand blender, make a smooth paste.
    5. Pass the soup through a strainer (this step is optional).
    6. Add milk and bring the soup to boil. Sprinkle pepper and serve.
