Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Caramel custard mix (approx 49 gms) with caramel topping mix (approx 21 gms)
  • 1 cup - Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup - Water

How to Make Creme Caramel

  • Empty the 21 gms. caramel topping.
  • Mix into a 2 cup mould, or 4 single serving cups.
  • Combine evaporated milk and water in a medium size non-stick pan.
  • Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the caramel mix, stirring continuously. Boil gently for 2 mins. stirring continuously.
  • Gently pour the custard mixture over the caramel topping. Cool.
  • Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Turn out and serve with fresh fruit.
