How to Make Crisp corn

  • Marinate the corn in the mixture of lemon juice, salt, and red chilli powder for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle besan flour over it. Mix well and deep-fry it in hot oil.
  • Drain and spread on a plate.
  • Sprinkle with chaat masala and coriander leaves. Serve.
