Ingredients

  • 2kg - hammour fish
  • For stuffing:
  • 1/4 kg - parsley, chopped
  • 1 whole bulb - garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 kg - fresh coriander, chopped
  • 300g - butter
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Crispy Baked Hammour

  • Wash the whole fish and dry with a paper towel.
  • Mix the stuffing together and stuff the fish with it.
  • Wrap the fish in foil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes at 190 degree C.
  • Serve with salad and Arabic rice.
