Ingredients

  • 2kg - hammour fish
  • For stuffing:
  • 1/4 kg - parsley, chopped
  • 1 whole bulb - garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 kg - fresh coriander, chopped
  • 300g - Butter
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Crispy Baked Hammour:

    1. Wash the whole fish and dry with a paper towel.
    2. Mix the stuffing together and stuff the fish with it.
    3. Wrap the fish in foil, and season with salt and pepper.
    4. Bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes at 190 degree C.
    5. Serve with salad and Arabic rice.
