Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp - butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper
  • 1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp - milk
  • 1 tbsp - minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp - fresh dill
  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour

How to Make Crispy Cheese Twists

  • In a mixing bowl combine the butter, garlic and pepper. Beat until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in cheese, milk, parsley and dill.
  • Gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly.
  • Divide dough into 20 pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a 10 inch log.
  • Cut each in half and twist together.
  • Place one inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove to wire racks.
