Ingredients

  • 500g - chicken, boneless
  • 2 tbsp - Curd
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 - Lemon
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Onion paste
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 500g - oil for frying
  • How to Make Crispy Chicken Pakoda:

    1. Wash chicken thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
    2. Mix all the other ingredients mentioned with the chicken pieces and marinate it for 1 to 2 hours.
    3. Deep-fry them and yummy, crispy chicken pakodas are ready.
    4. Serve hot with spicy green chutney.
