Ingredients

  • 500g - fresh green gram
  • 250g - Corn flour
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - nylon sev
  • oil for cooking

How to Make Crispy Fresh Green Gram

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take corn flour in the plate, and add salt and pepper to it.
  • Roll each gram in this corn flour and deep fry it.
  • Drain on a tissue paper, and decorate it with nylon sev.
